Thursday 26th April

“BILL PYNE MEMORIAL OLD SPECKLED HEN RUN – Thursday 26th April 2018”

We continue our advertised programme with the April run, put together by Scott & Joan Stevenson who have very kindly organising this month’s event. The run is in memory of Bill Pyne a great supporter of the OSH runs from the start and who sadly passed away on the 1st April 2016. It takes the form of a “Show and Shine” and a short “Observation Trial” with the winners being whoever accumulates the most points from the two activities. As always there is a prize and a trophy which has been provided by Roy Savage, a great friend of Bill’s who regretfully passed away on the 26th November 2017.

Meet: 10.15am for an 11.00am departure.

Where: Park & Ride Car Park – Plimmerton Railway Station – near Palmers Garden Centre and the SH1 roundabout.

Destination: Following the “Show and Shine” we judge originality and condition both inside and outside plus engine bay, we will then commence the “Observation Trial” with cars starting at one minute intervals. Our final destination will be the Backyard Café, Palmers Garden Centre, Plimmerton at approx. 1.00pm.

Confirmation: To Scott and Joan Stevenson on 04 904 0464 or email: dsskaka27@gmail.com by Tuesday 24th April 2018 for catering purposes please.
