The National MG Car Club of New Zealand Inc.

The MG Car Club was incorporated in New Zealand on the 27th August 1952, in Dunedin and has four centres as its body corporate members.

MG Car Club (Auckland Centre) Inc, incorporated 20th November 1960.
MG Car Club (Wellington Centre) Inc, incorporated 20th March 1961.
MG Car Club (Canterbury Centre) Inc, incorporated 8th November 1960.
MG Car Club (Otago Southland Centre) Inc, incorporated 22nd December 2005.

Each centre is affiliated to the MG Car Club in the United Kingdom.

National Committee

The four clubs are represented on a National Committee which coordinates activities and ensures communication is kept open between the clubs. The National Committee meets at the National Rally and is chaired by the President of the club which is running the current Rally.

National Rallies

National Rallies are held biennially, alternating between the North and South Islands, each Centre taking a turn to organize them.

The Rallies generally include a Concours d'Elegance, Trial, Motorkhana and a Speed Event as well as a number of social events.
